About
The United States Seventh Circuit Courts include the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Easter Division, in Chicago, where Judge James F. Holderman is the Presiding Judge and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit where Judge Frank H. Easterbrook is the Chief Judge. They are so pro-police, anti-pro se, and biased in their rulings that justice is no longer available in the Seventh Circuit.
Remember their main role is to deny justice and fairness by dismissing every case they can on minor technicalities, while degrading and defaming any pro se (or pro per or self-represented) litigant who dares to try to navigate the system.
Remember that despite the fact their are many poor, disadvantage, retaliated against private persons, who try valiantly to obtain justice without success against all odds, some occasionally win. The vast majority lose in the Seventh Circuit, unlike pro se litigants elsewhere, which actually have a greater percentage of wins than most attorneys. The more there is injustice, the madder they get. The more injustice, the more they fight, file, and litigate. If the system would truly be fair and liberally construe their litigation as the U.S. Supreme Court rulings require them to do, the volume of filings would decrease. However, this will not happen and the rift between the courts and pro se litigants will grow increasingly wide as long as American Justice is a Myth.
No one wants to say this, but I will. I fear that those that are not non-violent pacifist like me will become increasingly violent in response to these injustices. The terrible tragedy that befell Judge Joan Lefkow’s family where a disgruntled and desperate, suicidal plaintiff who lost took it out on Lefkow by murdering her husband and mother is not likely to be an isolated incident in my opinion. Desperate people, with no hope, no support from society (that man was forced into poverty due to catastrophic illness that was not taken care of by society) do desperate and irrational things.
We need, as a society, to pay more attention to solving such problems and giving hope and care to all the people in the U.S., especially in their time of need. As a society, as we have become larger and the population has exploded, even in big cities each individual is becoming more isolated. We need to promote block clubs, social/religious clubs, neighborhood organizations to make people feel connected and cared about. Everyone needs to be in a group of no more than 200 people as more than this number instead of bringing people closer together, isolates them. We also need social mechanisms to identify hopeless people and raise them out of hopelessness. We all need to work together instead of promoting division. We all need to identify corruption and work against it. That is why I made this web site. The Seventh Circuit will be for the people only when we expose and legally eliminate its corruption by forcing our politicians to deal with it or get defeated, by making our complaints public, by non-violent protests on a continuing basis, and by seeking impeachment of the corrupt.
Constitutional due process means very little to Judges Holderman and Easterbrook, as well as to many of the judges on the Seventh Circuit. They are out of touch with the people, influenced by corrupt politicians, delusion-ed with arrogance due to their unlimited and undeserved power without adequate supervision or consequences for purposeful lawlessness, and hardened by years of dealing with drug dealers and other people who have hurt society.
William J. Hibbler is known in the pro se community as Judge “Hitler,” because he is so intellectually dishonest, violates the law so freely, and clearly is biased against pro se litigants, ignoring fairness and siding with prosecutors and police.
This site is meant to document the rules, practices, biases, unconstitutional, illegal, unfair rulings and actions of the Seventh Circuit Courts. When praise is due, it will be given, but criticism will be harsh and blunt.
I want to take the mystery out of the system and make available to the common man details of the reality of dealing with a corrupt system. I also want to be a resource so pro se litigants understand procedure and how to navigate it.
Also remember the fox is watching the chicken coop. There is no independent agency that disciplines judges. Judicial complaints are handled by the judges and judges are absolute immune from civil suit to collect damages no matter what criminal, illegal, unconstitutional, or harmful act they do AS A JUDGE. They only lose their immunity if they are acting as an administrator or if they never had jurisdiction for the case. The jurisdiction must be completely and totally lacking for them to lose immunity. The kicker is that another judge, who may be their friend, must declare the judge to have no jurisdiction. Reality is that very few judges have the guts to go against another judge. They will most likely be dishonest to protect their profession.
The main role of Judge Easterbrook is to review and deny any complaints against judges for misconduct. His office is a big black hole that makes a great big sucking sound – swallowing the voices of the oppressed as fast as they can make a sound. He “reviews” all judicial complaints and immediately dismisses those that merely state issues that are appropriate for appeal or that complain about procedural issues. He doesn’t read the complaints if they are pro se, but seems to just skim them and twist a reason to dismiss them. In the past their was no appeal of his decision. This now has been changed due to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Breyer and a commission that examined judicial complaints and discovered that the system did not look into complaints well, but usually inappropriately dismissed them. Now you can appeal Judge Easterbrooks decision to the Seventh Circuit Judicial Council (which will just rubber stamp it) and then you can appeal it to the U.S. Judicial Conference where there is a slight chance they will actually review it. Not all judicial circuits are as corrupt and entrenched in backing corrupt politicians, police, and judges as the Seventh Circuit.
The American judicial system needs great reform. Until judges are held accountable by an independent body not affiliated with the courts American Justice will remain a Myth.
