U.S. Marshals acting as enforcers of corruption!
The U.S. Marshals enforce the law in the Dirksen Federal Building. However they are ignorant thugs. They are trained to control prisoners. They believe every false rumor about pro se (self-represented) litigants and presume they are all crazed maniacs or ignorant raving lunitics. They believe falsely and act as if they own the building.
Without listening to a person, they believe anything any employee says about a pro se litigant and will order a litigant out of the building even if they are the victims of attacks by employees or violations of law by employees. They treat asking for a supervisor as a federal crime!
Their new Director, Deputy Marshal O’Malley won’t give you the time of day. The Marshals will also try to hide their names from you and act like a dog pack, growling and lawless.
Talking to them and trying to discuss a problem in a civil manner is like talking to a wall. They have elevated the harmless and sometimes necessary task of asking for a supervisor when a government employee makes a mistake or refuses to answer a question into a criminal act. Ask for a supervisor and a U.S. Marshal will be in your face ordering you to leave the building and then arresting you and issuing a ticket for disobeying an officer if you don’t leave. They will not discuss. They will only growl and intimidate and then pounce. Kind of like the gorillas in Planet of the Apes!
It is hopeless to talk to them when they act like brainless boobs. My hope is that if I bring out the detailed incidents to the light of day, and publicize them, eventually public outcry will force change and make them act civil, legal, and fair.

The experience I’ve had, is Judge Egan(2205), making an unethical statement during my state Civil trial(where Ms. Madigan, was suppose to be representing Judge Marie Kariokus, but neither showed), stating that “the city of Chicago, can’t be sued”. “you can’t sue the city of Chicago”.
He then told the “lawyer for the City, that, “you can get it dismissed in appelate court”.
I then, filed a complaint with the JUDICIARY BOARD and was told that it was out of their jurisdiction.
In the end, I WON, the criminal suit(alone, I might add, because no lawyer would touch the case, for Madigans name was involved)STILL and I’m NOW, fighting at the Federal for there’s nothing the state can do with I, for I have the state, by the nuts, so to speak.
I can really use counsel who has the GUTS.
Their job, is extremely EASY at this point.
It’s sad, that GREED exist as it do, in Illinois courts.
I believe many has gained their luxuries by thievry and have endulged in it so long that they really believe that they have a right to take and if it’s taken back from them, they feel they have been wronged.

I have also recently been turned to believe that there is a direct buddy system of cover up. I am so infuriated at the Idea that america is now brainwashed, dumbed down and made to feel helpless against the marshals in place by govt. law enforcemt has now become the new mafia and are protected by the badge. They are immune from the same laws that are made to protect our civil rights. Government is so big that they have become beligerant and audacious. The corruption goes all the way to the top. I only hope the reader of this commentary has enough patience to rectify their own civil rights violations by keeping a cool head and persuing justice by exposing one bad cop at a time.
